In times of need and times of fun, City Point small groups are your source of friendship and support. Community Groups are key to developing relationships with those who share your interests or people who have similar life issues. Small groups are an opportunity to reach out to others, while growing in your walk with the Lord. Groups meet once a week in homes, businesses, restaurants, or at the church. The groups change and begin again three times a year, so you have the opportunity to try out different groups throughout the year. You’ll never fully experience all that City Point has to offer until you connect in a small group!
Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ. Acts 5:42
Small groups were crucial to the church’s growth then, and they are just as vital now.

Our fall semester kicks off September 10th & runs through November 18th.

Men’s Fitness Group
This is an invitation to come workout. It’s hard to find time, so this can be your way to make time. We will do approximately an hour and fifteen minutes of weight lifting three days a week and have a routine for each day. We’ll also share a basic meal plan and tools for tracking progress. If you’re interested but want to see the plan first that is totally fine.
This group is geared toward people who are experienced and comfortable with the exercises in the routine. I’m not a trainer or licensed in any way, so I can’t teach you to execute the exercises. Request the routine to review and determine if you’re confident in your ability to perform the movements.
Meets: Mondays at 8:00pm
Location: Texas Family Fitness or Fitness Connection in Allen, TX
Led By: Brennen Anderson
